Hearth & Honey Tavern - Launching Autumn 2026

This month marks four years since that journey began.

Whether you've ordered a bottle online, visited us at a market, shared a drink around the campfire at a festival, liked a post, or simply followed along from afar... thank you. Every order, every conversation, every recommendation, and every word of encouragement has helped bring us to this moment. I genuinely couldn't have done it without you.

And now... I can finally share the news I've been keeping secret for what feels like forever.

We're opening a mead tavern.

Hearth & Honey Tavern will become the permanent home of Arcane Alchemist in my hometown, Havant. A place where fantasy comes to life, where friends gather around a warm hearth, and where every drink has a story to tell.

Alongside the full range of traditional meads, we'll be serving our brand-new session meads, handcrafted ciders, and an ever-changing selection of drinks made right here by us. We'll also be pouring carefully chosen craft beers, magical cocktails, delicious low & no alcohol options, and artisanal teas, creating a tavern that's welcoming to everyone.

This is, without question, the biggest adventure I've ever embarked on. It's also far too big to do alone.

I have the privilege of having Beky Libby join me on this journey. Beky's passion for hospitality, incredible artistry (such as Aurora's Kiss label), and people skills will be vital for making Hearth and Honey a success.

Four years ago, Arcane Alchemist was just an idea. Today, we're building a home for it. And this is only the beginning.
